We are Tenacity Collective

Tenacity Collective is a Community Interest Company empowering women and girls from underserved communities

Hi There!

I'm Tanya, founder of Tenacity Collective CIC.

We exist to empower women and girls by co-creating projects, training and financial opportunities that are reinvested into our underserved communities ❤️‍🔥🎨🌿💥🚀

Watch this video to find out more...

Whose is it for? Communities that are navigating barriers to accessing support or facing limitations to financial independence due to caring responsibilities, gender, health, neurodiversity, race, etc. People who support us understand that investing in girls and women to go higher and further will benefit the wider community. 💜👑❤️‍🩹👑💙

What will change? As inequalities and gender disparities rise in the UK, financial pressures grow. When girls gain confidence and support, they overcome limits, creating a stronger platform for leadership. When mothers achieve financial independence, their children learn resilience early, building vital life skills that benefit the wider community.📈🚀🎯🌍🌟

Why Now? If we do nothing but just feel frustrated, another generation of brilliant, tenacious women and girls will face the exact same barriers. But what if what's taken us 40 years to learn, our daughters can learn by 20? That would create pathways that ensure our children are in a much stronger place and our communities have fewer inequalities going forward. 🚨 ⏰ 📊💸

Join Us: It feels like the broken system can't just fix itself; we need to do more. Bring your skills, your frustrations, support us, and let's co-design the future we want to see. ❤️‍🩹🔥🔨❤️‍🔥 ➡️💎

Why we do this...

"Tackling women's barriers to job opportunities and progression, gender bias, limitations due to race, disability, the area they live, caring responsibilities or being a single parent... would increase the UK economy by £100 billion a year..."
